This anthology issue contains three stories: "The Plot to Destroy Robin Hood," in which Robin's men use a ferry crossing strategy to outwit an enemy force while Robin himself is temporarily absent; "The Knight Who Hated Chivalry," featuring Sir William's victory in a tournament that angers Sir Hillary, leading to Sir Hillary's scheme to have Sir William's lance sabotaged, with the plot ultimately exposed; and "Sir Darton's Deal with Doom," in which Sir Darton, facing ruin from a bailiff's demands, is tempted by a mysterious figure to make a dark bargain but ultimately refuses to surrender his honor.
