Rulah, the jungle goddess, defeats a gang of thieves who have stolen a shipment and turned to crime, turning the last vicious member over to Commissioner Blodgett for justice and receiving a reward from the New York Police Department. In a second story titled "The Concert of the Apes," Lilli Tucker sings at a swank nightclub and finds herself captured and forced to perform for an audience of apes in the jungle, where she must use her wits to survive the menacing situation.
