“Earth Angel”

In "Earth Angel," Philip returns to the home of his childhood, confronting a past that still lingers in the walls and memories—only to find himself caught between healing his grandfather’s mind and the sudden arrival of the law. With help from Kento Canto, Mish-Mash, and Bull Baby, who’ve forged a new world of their own, Philip’s journey takes a sudden turn toward escape and redemption. Written by Elaine Lee and brought to life by Max Douglas’s striking art and Christie Scheele’s vivid colors, this 1993 Marvel issue blends emotional weight with surreal adventure.
