Sandra tries to escape from the human genome project facility before Spinter torches the place but has to go through the monstrous Duffy to do so. At the same time, Tobias and his FBI agents are breaking in to rescue Silke and Rorey. Duffy kills Spinter and uses his morphing power to impersonate him and escape from the project by helicopter. Silke also utilizes her powers to catch the transport and have a final confrontation with Duffy.
