A rift develops between Space Ghost and his wards, Jan and Jace, resulting in the kids taking Blip and leaving the Ghost Planet. No sooner than that happens than a newly-formed Council of Doom made up of six of Space Ghost's greatest enemies shows up to bring him to his knees. This Council of Doom was brought together by Doctor Xander Ibal, the evil CEO of Robo Corp, to kill Space Ghost and recover Blip whom Ibal regards as Robo Corp property. Accidently hearing sounds of the attack over their space coupe radio, Jan and Jace return to help Space Ghost, but Blip is taken by Ibal.
