Sparkler Comics #64

Sparkler Comics #64 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Abbie and Slats," by Raeburn Van Buren, follows a young woman named Becky who becomes fascinated with a mysterious book titled "My Secret Love Life" by John Smith, an autobiography that captivates every girl in America; the story involves romantic intrigue as Becky and others pursue the book's secrets. "Hap Hopper, Washington Correspondent" depicts the escaped convict Fox Fenton arriving in Washington to seek revenge on Steve O'Dey, leading Hap and Professor Hope to devise a plan to stop Fenton by circulating rumors about O'Dey to create public suspicion and prevent any opportunity for violence. Additional stories include "Captain and the Kids" featuring Captain scolding his ox-titled friend about a shared fish dinner and subsequent misadventures with a goat.
