Storm Shadow arrives in Moscow and obtains a knife from a mugger. When the Oligarch hears Storm Shadow is looking for files on him in the Lubyanka, Pale Peony leaves Tiff with two of Sgrobe's men while they head to the Lubyanka to protect the file. However, they inadvertantly lead Storm Shadow directly to the file and he escapes with it. When Peony and Sgrobe return to Tiff, they find both of Sgrobe's bodyguards are dead. Peony decides to bring Tiff to Tokyo to draw Storm Shadow away from the Oligarch.
