Strange Journey #1
"Phantom Express" kicks off with Vance Jackson, a man on the edge, stealing from his own firm and fleeing—only to be confronted by a colleague with a shocking confession. The tension escalates in a moment of violence that leaves Vance questioning reality, only to wake from a nightmare with a chilling message waiting in the safe he just returned the money to. Art by the Iger Shop brings a stark, noir-inspired look to this eerie tale of guilt and consequence, all in a 10-cent comic from 1957.
