Strange Tales of the Unusual #8
In "Who Dwells Below?", a chemist stands accused of murder after his partner is found dead at the bottom of the stairs, but he swears he’s innocent—claiming he was using his invisibility potion to rob a bank. With no proof but his word and a burned formula, he’s trapped in a desperate race to clear his name, while the truth lies just beneath the surface. Written and illustrated by John Tartaglione with lettering by Joe Letterese, this 1957 tale of science, suspicion, and unseen danger features a striking cover by Carl Burgos.
