When a giant bomber drops the atomic weapon, Supermouse braves the deadly radiation to throw the bomb away before it detonates, saving the city from destruction. The issue also includes a text story, "Stubborn Beaver" by Mickey Marks, in which a young beaver named Biffy refuses to follow his father's instructions to become an engineer and instead pursues his passion for making mud pies, eventually becoming a successful baker at a hotel and later banquet chef.
