About this Collection

This second volume of the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents Archives collects the mid-1960s adventures from Tower Comics, featuring the original superhero team and their high-tech gear. The stories continue the exploits of Dynamo, NoMan, and other agents as they battle global threats, with this edition reprinting issues from the classic run in a hardcover format.

In "Dynamo and The Golem," T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agent Len Brown’s routine day takes a wild turn when a sudden mission pulls him from the office to Hong Kong and then deep beneath the earth, where he must thwart the Overlord’s plan to unleash nuclear destruction. With help from the mysterious Iron Maiden and his own untested courage, Len faces dangers far beyond his desk job—though his chance to ask for a raise slips away before he can even speak. Written by Ralph Reese and illustrated by Mike Sekowsky with inks by Frank Giacoia and letters by Ben Oda, this archive edition captures the classic espionage flair of the original series, with a cover by Wally Wood that perfectly captures the era’s bold style.
