Tales from the Crypt #45
In "Telescope," a wealthy old man desperate to win the heart of a young woman disguises his fortune and undergoes a series of radical surgeries to transform his appearance—first swapping his face and torso, then his legs—only to discover her true motives in the end. Written by Carl Wessler and brought to life with chilling precision by artist Graham Ingels, this classic EC tale explores obsession and deception with a twist that lingers long after the final panel. The cover, a striking illustration by Jack Davis, captures the story’s eerie, gothic tone.
