While Raphael takes refuge in an old church steeple and Donatello narrowly escapes detection at Casey’s farm, the team grapples with shifting loyalties and the unsettling idea of a new home, all while April’s tenants whisper about her latest decisions. Security guards at D.A.R.P.A. discover the body of Baxter Stockman with his brain removed and are then killed by a mysterious robot that takes Stockman's glasses. Raphael settles in an old church's steeple. Donatello, cooking at Casey's farm, escapes unnoticed when a cop arrives, who learns the property belongs to Arnold "Casey" Jones. April's tenants, Braunze and Tillet, discuss their feelings about her recent rent hike and personal choices. Leonardo proposes a new lair in the sewers, but Michelangelo prefers to stay near April's building. The deadly robot is now wandering the desert.
