This anthology issue contains multiple military humor stories. "Hup Bradley" follows a soldier frustrated by waiting for a furlough promised long ago, only to have it arrive while he's on duty, leading him to attempt cancellation. "Dowdy's Psychosis" depicts a soldier pranking his comrade with dynamite, causing the victim to seek relief at the post library.
