“This Monster Unleashed!”

In "This Monster Unleashed!", the Hulk—wounded and transformed back into Bruce Banner—faces a terrifying new threat when the Missing Link, a prehistoric creature from a secret U.S.-Chinese nuclear experiment, is unleashed in New York. With Rick Jones and Glenn Talbot on the hunt, and Mr. Fantastic's latest invention poised to stop the Hulk, chaos erupts as Banner struggles to survive the assault. Written by Bill Everett and Roy Thomas, with dynamic art by Marie Severin and George Tuska, and a striking cover by Marie Severin and Frank Giacoia, this 1968 classic blends sci-fi mystery and raw power in a pivotal chapter of the Hulk’s saga.
