In the rugged aftermath of battle on the Fera Islands, a wounded Snake-Eyes presses on despite brutal burns, driven by vengeance against Storm Shadow. As dormant Autobots awaken under the gaze of a scanning satellite, Ironhide stirs to life, and Optimus Prime seeks uneasy truce with the surviving Joes. In "Chapter Three: Trial by Fire," the G.I. Joe team and the Autobots face a fierce alliance of Cobra and the Decepticons on the Fera Islands. As Flint, Lady Jaye, and their allies battle on all fronts, tensions rise when Snake-Eyes confronts Ravage and Storm Shadow, while Zartan moves unseen within Flint’s ranks.
