# Tuffy #9 The issue features "Tuffy and The Magic Perfume," in which Tuffy believes she has acquired magical perfume that grants her wishes. When she sprays it, she finds herself floating up into the clouds and flying, leading her parents to panic about her whereabouts. After a series of misadventures—including a monkey getting stuck on a telephone pole and Tuffy causing chaos at the zoo—she eventually returns home, where her father explains the perfume's "magic" was merely perpetual motion caused by her leaving the bathtub running and the window open, which flooded the house and sent her flying through the air.
