Jackie heads over to a supervillain bar to try and find a doctor who can patch him up after his beating by Mr. Pain. The doc gives him an injection of a variation of the super soldier serum and a pair of glasses that enhance his vision. Feeling better, Jackie shoots up one of the Owl's strip joints and comes into conflict with Grizzly and Boomerang who have both been enhanced and updated by the mysterious Consultant.
