In "House Of Haunts," Uncle Scrooge hides his fortune in the haunted castle of the Mad Duke of Duckburg to keep it safe from the Beagle Boys. When the crooks trick Scrooge into leading them to the castle and knock him unconscious, they’re soon trapped by its deadly booby traps—leaving no one to remember they ever existed.

When a mysterious jade elephant arrives in Scrooge’s possession—its tail the only part shipped intact, accompanied by a refugee boy named Soy Bheen—Scrooge uncovers a cryptic note from Marco Polo hinting at a long-lost treasure hidden within the elephant’s trunk. With Donald, Huey, Dewey, and Louie in tow, the ducks journey to the war-torn kingdom of Unsteadystan, where the elephant has become a powerful symbol in the hands of rebel leader Wahn Beeg Rhat.
