Wambi, Jungle Boy #22

In "Harroo-harroo!", Wambi finds himself face to face with a sacred white ape who demands worship—only to be thwarted by Tawn’s quick intervention. When the ape accidentally falls into a crocodile-infested pool, Wambi and Tawn must pull him to safety, earning an unexpected shift in the creature’s behavior. As the ape’s worshiping villagers arrive, their fury turns toward Tawn, but the ape steps in to stop them, leaving the outcome uncertain.
