Billy's investigation of an unusual bank robbery is put on hold by Mr. Morris, who wants the lad to cover the championship hockey game. There, Billy witnesses another ususual event, and decides to take a hand in the matter as Captain Marvel, and discovers that Sivana has created a virtual fountain of youth, which he then uses to turn the Big Red Cheese into a baby!
