Wonder Woman #5
In "Kinder der Götter, Kapitel 1," Wonder Woman [Diana of Themyscira] finds herself drawn into a mystery when she learns she’s the heir to Hercules’ [Paul Jackson] fortune—just days after the demigod is attacked by Grail, Darkseid’s daughter, who drains his life essence. As Diana investigates the sudden turn of events, she’s forced to confront the lingering echoes of a past that still shapes the present, with Steve Trevor and Blake Hooper caught in the web of secrets.
In "Kinder der Götter, Kapitel 2," Diana of Themyscira and Steve Trevor uncover the truth behind Hercules’ death at the hands of Apokoliptan energy, then join an A.R.G.U.S. task force to confront a wave of Parademons descending on Paris. As suspicions turn toward Grail, Diana follows a cryptic lead to Oregon, where she meets Blake Hooper and discovers a letter from Hercules that reveals the existence of her long-lost twin brother, Jason—along with the first clues to his whereabouts.
In "Zwischenspiel: Grail," Grail flees the Justice League with baby Darkseid, driven by a mission to restore him to his true age by siphoning the life energies of gods and divine offspring still living on Earth. As she moves through a fractured world of myth and legacy, her path crosses the remnants of ancient heroes, forgotten warriors, and the very gods she seeks to destroy—each step a reckoning with the past and a threat to the future.
In "Kinder der Götter, Kapitel 3," Wonder Woman [Diana of Themyscira] meets Jason for the first time, sharing a tense but revealing moment as she warns him that Grail is hunting down every child of Zeus on Earth. With allies like Steve Trevor, Mateo, and Basil at her side, and the shadow of past conflicts with figures like General Philippus, Althea, and Glaucus looming in memory, Diana must navigate this new threat while uncovering the truth behind the ancient prophecy.
In "Zwischenspiel: Jason," a young man raised in secrecy by Glaucus begins to uncover the truth of his origins—his divine lineage as the son of Zeus and Hippolyta, and brother to Wonder Woman. As he trains under Hercules and grapples with his emerging powers, he vows to keep his identity hidden, but Apokolips soon targets him, sending the Deep Six to capture him.
In "Kinder der Götter, Kapitel 4," Wonder Woman finds herself caught in a web of deception when Jason, once a trusted ally, turns against her in league with Grail. With Diana’s life force the key to Darkseid’s resurrection, she must confront the betrayal while evading capture—her only hope a fragile alliance with Steve Trevor and the enigmatic Blake Hooper, even as Amanda Waller’s shadow looms and the stakes rise higher than ever.
