As Thaddeus tries to avoid Freddy’s constant interruptions, the boy accidentally ruins his fishing and butterfly collecting, but later makes up for it in unexpected ways. The story ends with Freddy preparing to play the violin at dinner, leaving Thaddeus both exasperated and resigned.

The Whistlers
