About the series
A long-running French comics anthology from Arédit-Artima, Cinévision (1962–1978) adapted television and film properties into 64 issues of black-and-white comic strips. The series is most closely associated with writer Jack Miller, whose scripts were brought to life by artists including Gordon Livingstone and Jay Scott Pike, as well as frequent photo covers. Its decades-spanning run made it a notable showcase for licensed adventure and romance stories during the silver age of European newsstand comics.
