Negation

In the early 2000s, CrossGen’s Negation sent a disparate group of heroes and villains across a dangerous, lawless dimension after they were mysteriously exiled from their own universe. Written primarily by Tony Bedard with foundational input from Mark Waid, and illustrated by a rotating team of Paul Pelletier, Luke Ross, and Andy Smith, the series blended sci-fi survival with epic fantasy as the cast struggled to survive and find a way home. Its gritty, high-stakes premise and exploration of an entire reality gone wrong made it a memorable pillar of CrossGen’s interconnected Sigilverse.
