Archie's Big Book #1
This hefty $19.99 collection brings together three beloved corners of the Archie universe under one colorful cover — Archie, Betty, and Veronica are perched casually in the upper left, while Sabrina the Teen-Age Witch leans in mischievously from the upper right in her signature red outfit and witch's hat, and Josie and the Pussycats rock out below with guitars and drums in full leopard-print style. The subtitle "Magic, Music & Mischief" perfectly captures the mix of charm and fun promised inside, with cover art penciled by Dan DeCarlo and Bob Bolling bringing that warm, expressive energy the Archie world does so well. It's a generous anthology-style volume that makes a genuinely appealing entry point for fans of all three series.

Little Archie disguises himself as "Little Archie, Super Sleuth" to try and solve the mystery of who's been stealing hubcaps and radios from the teachers' cars. He suspects the South Side Serpents, but while keeping an eye on them, he notices the real culprit: Chester Punkett, working alone without Mad Doctor Doom. Little Archie can't stop Chester on his own, so he finds a way to get the Serpents to help him without knowing it. Meanwhile, Ronnie, an intrepid reporter for the school newspaper, tries to cover Little Archie's super sleuthing.
