Written by Mike Pellowski and brought to life with Dan DeCarlo’s signature style, inked by Henry Scarpelli, and colored by Barry Grossman, this 1999 issue captures the classic Archie rivalry with a winter twist. The cover, penciled by DeCarlo and inked by Scarpelli, perfectly captures the playful tension of the moment.
