Film Fun #1518 is an anthology issue featuring three comedy stories. "Olly," a Laurel & Hardy-inspired tale, follows Olly as he attempts to help his long-lost cousin Oswald by going on a world cruise with the Duke of Hamboozle, leading to comedic mishaps with purchases and encounters at a landlord's office. "Frank Randle, Famous Star of Manchurian Films" depicts the titular character's chaotic misadventures involving a football, a wall, bandits, and Inspector Arfpint, culminating in Frank's arrest and escape. "Joe E. Brown, The Famous Fellow of the Films" shows Joe dealing with his landlord Mr. Graspitt's demands for back rent, which leads to a series of schemes involving painted doors, safes, burglars, and ultimately a profitable arrangement at a local cinema.
