This anthology issue contains at least three Western stories. "Chief Dull Knife" follows a stagecoach journey to Fort Milburn where Colonel Sylvester and a woman passenger face an Indian attack, with assistance from the mysterious gunslinger Gunsmoke and his companion Pedro. "Pocahontas" recounts how Pocahontas, adopted daughter of a fierce Indian chief, grew into a beautiful plains-girl and united Redman and White against a tyrannical white man's greedy ambitions. A third story depicts hunters pursuing a grizzly bear and a buffalo herd, with one hunter named Fitzpatrick carrying crucial gun slips needed for the expedition's success as they face the dangerous wildlife.
