Regaining his senses, Tensen agrees to work with the N.S.C. His first mission is to put a stop to the fanatic Justice Brigade. Justice finds one of their agents and follows them back to their base. He demands that the Justice Brigade cease to exist. But, not realizing they would take him literally, the group blows themselves up after Justice leaves. The deaths of all the people shake his belief in his mission.
