Koko the clown and his friend Kola the bear set out on an adventure that begins when Koko loses his wagon of pies and Kola rescues a kitten stuck in a tree. The two companions use Koko's magic to fly to King Cole Land, where they encounter various obstacles and mishaps, including a bomb at the palace. Later, Koko and Kola pursue a large worm and then chase after a raft full of cheese, eventually discovering it is "The Monitor," a historic ironclad ship repurposed as a cheese box on a raft.
