Lash Larue Western #52

Lash LaRue confronts a gang of outlaws threatening to lynch an innocent man, using his signature bullwhip to defeat them in a climactic desert confrontation. In a secondary story, a scheming character named Pouchy attempts to sabotage a schoolyard rival by applying itching powder to his new suit before a school dance, but the plan backfires when Pouchy himself ends up covered in the powder and scratching uncontrollably in front of the teacher and his date.
