Lucifer #7
In "The House of Windowless Rooms, Part Three," Lucifer grapples with the aftermath of Kagutsuchi’s violent bid to end him, a sequence that claims Tsuki-Yomi’s life and ultimately leads to Kagutsuchi’s own demise—poisoned by Lucifer’s quiet cunning. As the truth behind Izanami’s power begins to unfold, Mazikeen and Beatrice race to stop Saul and Cestis of the Endless from exploiting Lucifer’s doorway. Mike Carey’s narrative, rendered with haunting precision by Peter Gross and Ryan Kelly, deepens the mystery with a cover by Duncan Fegredo that captures the issue’s foreboding tone.
