Professor Grimm kidnaps a child to experiment on with growth serum. After he directs the giant to rob for him, Torch and Sun Girl inject the infant with reducing serum and the giant goes on a rampage which knocks over a tree and kills Grimm. Eventually the serum works and the kid becomes a normal sized infant again whom Torch and Sun Girl return to his parents.
