“Crisis on Infinite Tick Spin-Offs Part 1: A Heroic Fist-O-Thon”

In "Crisis on Infinite Tick Spin-Offs Part 1: A Heroic Fist-O-Thon," The Tick crashes into Japan on a monster-hunting spree, only to find himself caught between a rampaging Gomorra and a deadly ambush by Sagin—just as Captain Academia and Hollowpoint arrive from The City to assist the local authorities. Written by Ben Edlund and Clay Griffith, with dynamic art by Dave Garcia and inks by Ron Muns, this 1994 issue blends surreal humor with high-stakes action, as The Tick reunites with his long-dead grandfather in a ghostly chat and shares a drink with his mother before teaming up with the visiting heroes. The cover, also by Dave Garcia, captures the chaotic energy of the battle ahead.

The Tick is visiting Japan to see monsters and he is in luck as Gomorra attacks. Paul is about to be killed by Sagin, but he is in luck because Gomorra attacks. Captain Academia and Hollowpoint are visiting from The City in order to help the Japanese government. The Tick meets up with Paul and has a conversation with his dead grandfather and a drink with his mother. Then the duo run across Academia and Hollowpoint and beat on them. They decide to team up to face Gomorra. But Sagin is the real villain behind the scenes as he uses the distractions facing our heroes to teleport to The City.
