In "Arctic Treasure," Sniffy discovers two crooks planning to rob a bank and steal gold, and tricks them into helping him by riding a dog sled across the Arctic. Later, in a story set in Forestville, Sniffy encounters a turtle mayor and gets into trouble when he attempts to fix the mayor's house, causing destruction. In a third story, Sniffy wreaks havoc at a department store sale, evading a store manager and causing chaos before escaping in a laundry cart.
