Steel busts up an E-Street chop shop looking for his nephew, Tyke, but they know nothing about his disappearance. Later, he learns from Lieutenant Beryl that other kids have gone missing, and the police are waiting on a warrant to search the Milhouse Waste Treatment Plant in Bethesda. On his way there, Steel is attacked by Chindi, who is being paid to acquire Steel’s armor. Steel escapes, but not before Chindi places a tracking device on Steel’s armor.
