This anthology issue contains two distinct stories. The first story features a superhero in a red costume confronting a green alien threat on Mars; the alien race has plotted to mutate all Martians and humans into creatures like themselves using radiation ray tubes planted in hospitals, but the hero and the Planetary President work together to stop the plan using geiger counters. The second story, titled "The Monstrous Madmen," depicts a woman named Amazon in the jungle who becomes trapped by a living cable creature and battles for survival against both the creature and her enemies in a perilous jungle setting.
