Honcho gets recruited by his old pal from the C.I.A., Adrian Turner, who has now gone crooked but unknown to Turner, Honcho is also working undercover with the F.B.I. to take down Turner's operations but it seems his contact agent has also switched sides. Honcho is tricked into helping hijack a a plane that has a Soviet defector on board, so they can sell him back to the Russians. The Marauder shows up, and together with Honcho, they turn the tables and take the bad guys down.
