Unbeknowst to Livewire, Cosmic Boy sent the Legion Espionage Squad with him, and they free all the hostages. Meanwhile, the rest of the Legionnaires arrive on Amshana and face down the forces of Credo. When it looks like Credo is defeated, Singularity tries to blown up the entire planet, but Livewire stops him. Chameleon tells the members of Credo to tell everyone how their beloved leader intended to kill them all and how they were saved by the "Progenitor."
