Wilbur Comics #21 contains two main stories. The first features Wilbur attempting to help a blonde woman get into the movies by securing her passes to a theater showing, but his efforts backfire when she becomes obsessed with acting and refuses to go on dates, instead pursuing theatrical roles. The second story depicts Uncle Ben attempting to haul a woman into a loft using a pulley system that repeatedly malfunctions, dropping her multiple times before she finally lands safely, after which he gives her a book as compensation for the accidents.
