This anthology issue contains two main Wilbur stories. In "The World Beater," Wilbur gets stuck in the principal's office and must ring a bell to escape, eventually being saved by the bell itself. In "Suit Yourself," Wilbur's mother tasks him with delivering his father's suit to the tailor before closing time, along with collecting old suits for a charity clothing drive; when Wilbur forgets both errands, he frantically attempts to complete them before his father needs the suit for a Lodge meeting that evening.
