This issue contains short stories and serials by notable pulp authors: Arthur O. Friel, E. S. Pladwell, Homer Irving McEldowney, Frederick Moore, Henry Leverage, Arthur D. Howden Smith, Charles Tenney Jackson, Rafael Sabatini, W. C. Robertson and Arthur Gilchrist Brodeur, E. O. Foster, and Russell A. Boggs. The OCR text is heavily obscured by advertisements for the Brunswick phonograph, O. Henry collected works, the International Correspondence Schools, and wireless operator training courses, preventing clear identification of specific story titles, plots, or content. Some narrative fragments appear present but remain too garbled for reliable description.
Each page has its own page — the cartoon, who’s in it, and what the satire means.
