This weekly pulp magazine issue contains four serial stories in various stages: "Cold Steel" by George C. Shedd (Part I), "Green Spiders" by Alfred D. Pettibone (Part III), "Texas Fever" by Charles V. Barney (Part V), and "The Hammer" by John Frederick (concluding Part VI). Two complete novelettes appear: "Whose Hands?" by Edwina Levin and "First National Bank of Faro" by Faber Mundorf. Six short stories include "Mustered Out" by H.
