This September 6, 1924 Argosy-All Story issue contains five continued serials. "Rained Out" and "The Passing of Charles Lanson" by Louis Tracy begin respectively as Parts One and Two. "Arctic Outlaw" by Coralie Stanton and Heath Hosken continues as Part Three. "Poor Little Pigeon" by J.U. Giesy and Junius B. Smith appears as Part Five. The issue also includes several shorter works: novelettes and stories such as "The Cruise of the Madeline" by Richard Comstock, "The Incomplete Angler" by Dorothy Wardwell, "The Island of Doubt" by Charles Bechdolt, and "Suspended Animation" by Frank Richardson Pierce. Poetry contributions include work by Mary Carolyn Davies, Charles Hanson Towne, and others. Featured prominently is an announcement that Edgar Rice Burroughs' western serial "The Bandit of Hell's Bend" will begin in the next issue.
